Cirque Du Soleil
Gavin Smith
During our time on tour with Cirque Du Soleil, we've seen many cities and countries around the world from a new perspective, the challenges of building a show every 6 weeks in a new city definitely is not an easy one. And the crew we work with are solid veterans of the entertainment industry.
We're often working long hours, both during the transfers, and the show run, the schedules are incredibly tight, maintenance, repairs, training, preparation and the show itself are all part of the technical beast.
To have just one skill set is really not enough, you learn more about your abilities and rely on those around you who have what you don't to learn from, but you get through each complex event that presents itself with a technical production involving the highest level of artistry anywhere on the planet.
