Aero Motion Australia designs and fabricates custom-built aerial rigging equipment and stunt rigging hardware. All of our designs have come from the industry needs for high-performance equipment used for dynamic aerial rigging and flying stunts.
Our equipment must satisfy and exceed all engineering safety standards that assure the end-users that the gear will not fail.
Of course, there is never any substitute for experience gained through training, rehearsing and proper use of the equipment. The critical selection of a piece of hardware that has specific applications means that there is no one piece of equipment that can do it all.
We engineer all our products. This process begins with imagination and then technical drawings and careful material selection. Material science is an important aspect of our work as each type and size of alloy, fibre rope and all our components that make up our products have to meet or exceed the designed capacity of the apparatus. No expense can be spared to make it safe and there is no substitute for working with a team of experienced engineers and fabricators.
The next step is the design analysis, and this is where we look at the design holistically and make any improvements. The next step is proof of concept, and this is where we build the prototype and refine the design before we go into production.
